Restoring the people
who restore everyone else

A place of restoration, reflection and connection for helping and healing professionals.

Come in.

There’s room for you here.

You spend your days holding space for others, making difficult decisions, responding to crisis, carrying responsibility, or quietly supporting those around you.

You may have forgotten what it feels like to be held yourself.

Hivemind exists to restore the people who restore everyone else.

Our next Tukua retreat day is on Saturday 14th November at our farm in Waitetuna. Email us to register and receive all the details about the day.

You belong here…

You're an individual.
You spend your working life caring for, supporting, guiding or helping others.

You're a group or community.
You're doing meaningful work together, and want to create a way of working that sustains the people doing it.

You're an organisation.
You hold responsibility for people who hold responsibility for others.

Want to connect to a small practice to see what we’re about? Our Honoa zoom sessions could be perfect for you.
They’re a free way to meet the kaupapa at your pace in your place. They’re held on the last Thursday of every month from 7:30pm. Join us for connection, reflection, and whanaungatanga by following the link below.

For Individuals
Support, reflection and restoration for people who spend their working lives supporting others.

How we walk alongside…

There isn't one way to need support, and there isn't one way to find it.

Sometimes you need space to breathe. Sometimes you need someone alongside you while you work something through. Sometimes the whole team needs to stop, look around, and ask what is making the work harder than it needs to be.

Hivemind offers different ways to be supported — depending on what you, your people, or your organisation need.

In Community
Facilitated spaces for people doing meaningful work together — to reconnect, reflect, repair and find sustainable ways of working.

With Organisations
Support for organisations holding responsibility for people, culture and the quality of the work they do.

Honoa
Short monthly zooms (90 minutes on the last Thursday evening of each month) including a brief reflective practice and opportunities to share or listen to responses in small groups

Thursday 29th October

Thursday 26th November

Thursday 31st December - NO ZOOM

What We Believe

What Holds Hivemind

We believe that people who pour their energy into uplifting others need — and deserve — spaces where they can be restored themselves.

That restoration matters not only for the person, but for the work they do. When people are well-supported, they can bring more of themselves to their work — with greater clarity, effectiveness and fulfilment.

What We Protect

We protect what can so easily be lost when people spend their lives caring for others.

The right to rest. The dignity of the people doing the work. The relationships, cultures and ways of being that make meaningful work possible.

What We’re Creating

A different way of working.
One that makes room for rest, relationship, reflection and the natural rhythms of being human.
